WHO ARE THE RWE?
Romance Writers of Edmonton is an independent support and critique group for writers who take their romance seriously. Many of our members are also members of Romance Writers of America (RWA) but we are not a chapter of RWA. Our members write in a variety of genres, including contemporary, historical, paranormal, and inspirational. Romance Writers of Edmonton is a registered non-profit organization.
The purpose of Romance Writers of Edmonton is to provide a support network for romance writers, to promote excellence in romance fiction in all its forms, to help writers become published, and to establish careers in the romance field.
The group shall strive to educate and inform both unpublished and published writers by providing a forum for members to obtain and disseminate information regarding writing techniques, publishing, marketing, and networking.
